Welcome. This website is owned and operated by Hexora Capitals LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us", "the Company"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

All bags are handmade to order. Because each piece is crafted individually, slight variations in stitch, color tone, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece one of a kind — not defects.

2. Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected at checkout through secure third-party processors. Your card statement will show HEXORA CAPITALS LLC as the merchant descriptor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, with a full refund issued.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy (30-day returns, free replacement for damaged or incorrect items).

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have any issue with your order or a charge on your statement, please contact us first at ethana.cecoe@gmail.com. We resolve nearly all issues within 24–48 hours — faster than any dispute process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — images, text, designs, branding — is the property of Hexora Capitals LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
