This store is operated by Hexora Capitals LLC, a registered company in Wyoming, USA. We want you to love your handmade bag — and if anything isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at ethana.cecoe@gmail.com. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
How to Start a Return
Email ethana.cecoe@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve your return.
Order Cancellations
Because every bag is made to order, you may cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, standard return policy applies.
Billing Notice
The charge on your bank or card statement will appear as HEXORA CAPITALS LLC (or similar). Please contact us before filing a dispute — we resolve every issue quickly and fairly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at ethana.cecoe@gmail.com and we'll trace it immediately.
