Refund policy

At Cecoe we want you to love what you receive, and we stand behind every order we send out. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Returns & exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference (for example colour, style, or “it looked different than I expected on screen”). Please review the product photos and description carefully before ordering so you know exactly what you’re getting.
If something is wrong with your order
We’ll make it right. You’re covered if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the product you ordered. To open a claim, email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and the issue
A photo of the shipping label and outer packaging
Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. In most cases you won’t need to ship anything back — photo evidence is enough.
No cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you need to correct your shipping address or order details, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll try to update it before dispatch — but changes are not guaranteed. A placed order cannot be cancelled, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
Packages marked as delivered
Once tracking confirms your order as delivered, it is considered complete and fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or reported missing after a delivery scan, or for deliveries to an address you entered incorrectly. These are matters between you and your local carrier — please file a claim directly with them using your tracking number. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders showing as delivered.
Lost in transit
A package is treated as lost only if tracking shows no delivery scan for 30+ days after dispatch. In that specific case — and only that case — email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier; if it is confirmed lost before delivery, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Delays alone, packages still moving in transit, or orders that later show as delivered do not qualify.
Please reach out before opening a dispute
If anything’s wrong, email us first — we genuinely want to fix it, and we can almost always resolve things faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us only slows the process down for both of us.
On your statement
Charges from Cecoe appear on your bank or card statement as “HEXORA CAPITALS” (confirm exact descriptor in Stripe). If you see this and aren’t sure what it is, that’s us — feel free to email any time.
