Production Time

Each piece is crafted after you order: 2–5 business days production time before shipment.

Shipping Times

• United States: 7–15 business days after production
• Canada, UK, Australia: 10–18 business days after production
• Rest of world: 12–22 business days after production

Total estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks for most US orders.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show first movement.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We periodically run free-shipping promotions — watch the announcement bar.

Delays

During holidays or carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date, contact us at ethana.cecoe@gmail.com for a replacement or full refund.
